At WD Auto Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
